We also collect basic, anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type, rough location) to understand how the site is used.

03Creators and your brand

When you work with us, we share only what creators need to film: your product, the brief and the script. Creators agree not to share it further.

04Who can see it

Only the Hookline strategists, editors and the creators on your project. We use a small number of trusted tools (email, calendar, file sharing, analytics) that process data on our behalf.

05How long we keep it

Project conversations and files are kept for as long as we work together and up to three years after. Anonymous analytics are kept for 26 months.

06Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Write to us and we will reply within 30 days.
